Bij Strength House bieden we naast toegang tot de fitness ook de mogelijkheid tot professionele begeleiding. We bieden hiervoor verschillende pakketten aan zodat elke sporter een programma vind dat helpt zijn doelstellingen te behalen.

 


Onze aanpak


In Strength House gaan we voor een zeer professionele en persoonlijke aanpak. Elke persoon die bij ons komt voor begeleiding behandelen we anders. We wijken vaak af van de norm omdat we doorheen ervaring hebben geleerd dat de traditionele manieren van coaching vaak enorm veel tekorten bevatten. Niet enkel je doelstellingen worden vooropgesteld, maar we zullen ook kijken naar je fysiologie (levenskwaliteit, digestieve gezondheid, immuunsysteem, biomechanica…) om zo efficient mogelijk op jou persoonlijke instellingen in te spelen.
